You can download a properly typeset version of the Vulgate from this site. If you want to browse the text online, rather than print it, you can do so here.
A4 pages, wide margins Download this version if you have bad eyesight and an enormous amount of paper available (or if you want to use your own preferred tools to reorder the pages, print several to a sheet, etc.).
Letter paper (8.5 x 11"), two columns This is a more practical layout for home printing—about half as many pages as the A4 version.

I have had a go at self-publishing the text: you can buy a printed copy (royalty-free), either hardbound or softbound, from Lulu.
Other layouts?
I really have no idea how people might want to print the text, so if you have something in mind other than my best guesses above, then please let me know. If you would prefer different sized gatherings or just different paper sizes, then you can try modifying the scripts used to generate the above PDF files, or email me and I'll try to oblige.
